The NSWL regular season came to an end last night as Crossfit Ironstone ventured out into the wilds of Hants County to take on the Renfrew Crew. Renfrew put up their best score of the season, led by top lifter on the night Gabriel Auclair, but Ironstone showed their depth in picking up their second win of the season, and securing a spot in the finals as a result.

Both teams overcame the humid conditions to put up some good totals in front of a nice crowd at Renfrew, and Gordon, Michael and old pro Keri did a great job loading.
